2. Data we process

  • Contact and project data you enter in the quote form: name, company, email, phone, professional profile, project details and any attached files.
  • Data you send by email or phone when you contact us directly.
  • Browsing data collected by the systems that run the site (IP address, browser type, date and time of access), used only to keep the site secure and working.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to your requests and preparing quotes: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Carrying out the assignment and meeting accounting and tax obligations: contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
  • Keeping the site secure and working: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Sending news about our work, only if you agree: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Is providing data mandatory?

Fields marked with * are needed to reply to you. Without them we cannot send a quote. Other fields are optional.

5. How long we keep data

  • Quote requests not followed by an assignment: 24 months from the last contact.
  • Contract and tax data: 10 years, as required by Italian law (Art. 2220 Civil Code).
  • Data processed on the basis of consent: until you withdraw it.

6. Who receives the data

Data are processed by the controller and may be shared only with suppliers that help us operate (hosting, email, IT services, accountant), appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Data are never disclosed to the public or sold.

7. Transfers outside the EU

If a supplier stores data outside the European Union, the transfer takes place only with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to alessandro@blau3d.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its update date.
